Paco,
Short and sweet, you have 3, not too good, choices staying in VEE:
1. Draw the traces one after another. They have the same color and no
distinct labels then.
2. Use a display with the maximum number of traces, and set the unneeded
inputs to a default (off screen) value. The unused labels and lines can
look bad.
3. Create devices for all the possible number of inputs and activate only
the one needed. This is more work and can be awkward to implement.
Or you can leave VEE and use MatLab or ActiveX.

Hi forum,
Could we dinamically decide how many input traces will have the XY
trace/plot display?.
I have an application where the data output maybe does not have the same
size test atfer test, sometimes I would need to output 4 traces, sometimes
8, maybe 2, etc. I tried this in the past but I could not find the way to
do it, maybe now you could help me.
Best regards,
