vrf Matlab script in VEE

Question asked by VRFuser on Sep 6, 2002
Hi, I'm trying to read in a text file in VEE, but by doing it via Matlab's
'textread' function (so I can read the numbers into a Matlab array).

I'm using a line like this, which should read through a file of numbers
that are separated/delimited by commas:

     textread('file.txt', '', 'delimiter', ',')

However when I run it in VEE I get this error:

"Matlab error message: Badly formed format string"

I'm sure this line of Matlab code works, because when I run it just in
Matlab (no VEE involved), it reads the file just fine.

Is VEE interfering somehow? Any help will be very appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Amir
