vrf serial port control

Question asked by VRFuser on Feb 4, 2002
Hello Matt
I?ve had the same task and solved it by using the network analysers Limit
Test and User TTL instead. That?s how I solved it.

Subject: vrf serial port control

Hello,

I'm new to the news group, so I hope that I am following all the rules.

My question is about controlling the serial port signal levels through HP
Vee Pro.

I want to be able to set a pin on the serial port to "high" or to "low", in
order to control a switching box I made for my network analyzer.

Is it possible to change the signal level on the serial port without a
device connected to it?

Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Matt Higgins
