On windows try a shortcut with this command line:
"C:Program FilesAgilentVEE Pro RunTime 6.0veerun.exe" -maximize
<progname>
There's also a -geometry option where you specify width, height and
position. Look up command-line options in the VEE help.
I don't know any way of adjusting window size once the program is running,
ie from within VEE. Maybe call a function in the user32.dll?
