vrf Load a color index from excel

Yeowza! Well, it looks to me like the color picker is basically the common
color dialog so just use that (ActiveX Control References, check Microsoft
Common Dialog Control [NOTE: *NOT* Microsoft Windows Common Controls], place
control, call ShowColor). I don't see any "special" Excel color values so
it's probably ... hmmm... it says there's a Color and a ColorIndex property
on the Border object. And they're both Variant. That's bad, they should be
OleColor. So, hopefully you won't have to convert a color from the color
picker to an "xlColor" value.
