vrf backup on hpe1562D

<html><DIV>Hi,</DIV><DIV>We are trying to backup the data on the disk of 1562D to the DAT of the same unit.  Both disk and the tape is 4G.  </DIV><DIV> </DIV><DIV>We have received an executable (n2216dat.exe) from Agilent.  When we did run their program we found out that the backup of the 4G SCSI disk will take more than 4 FULL DAYS - which is unacceptable.  </DIV><DIV> </DIV><DIV>We want to do the backup by using VEE (5.01) via the 1562d panel driver or direct I/O (sending SCPI commands).  Thanks to some VRf members - I know now how to send those SCPI commands.  </DIV><DIV> </DIV><DIV>What we need is the list of SCPI commands to do the backup and recovery on 1562D (it is not as simple as sending MMEM:SCSI1:COPY command - I want to know the steps for this - such as opening a transfer unit, creating a session etc).  There must be someone out there who has already done this.  Please advise.</DIV><DIV> </DIV><DIV>best regards to all</DIV><DIV>Z.
