vrf 'popping-up' the window, activate & setfocus

Yup, that always works. The inconsistency with VEE bugs me though. That call
*should* always work, but with VEE 5 it doesn't. What it will do is activate
the window and flash the task bar button, but it doesn't bring the window to
the top. I'm a victim of paranoia! These little things all mean *something*,
but exactly what escapes me. I don't have a really good emulatory debugger
and I can't quite figure it out. I'm in the habit of guessing, and everybody
should know that up front. When it comes to VEE, don't take my word as
gospel - our excursion into Formula Object output pins showed that. And
ditto for that 64-bit warning too. I have no idea whatsoever what Agilent
has planned for VEE. I just assume it's going to go 64 at some point. This
assumption remains completely unsubstantiated though. I guess the best
advice is simply marshal your pointers well, and whether it does or doesn't
you'll have no problem.

See? Paranoia! How did this go from popping up windows to marshalling
"Can you help me, occupy my brain?" (SB Okay, so it's not PF!)
