<div>Tom,</div>  <div> </div>  <div>The best way is to use the built in Rich Text box which is part of Visual basic. This will do multi lines as well as differrent fonts and colors. Of course since this is part of Visual Basic you will need to have that installed on the developement machine so that you can create an instnce of this. There is an expample in vee 7.0 in the examples section under Active X controls. If you do not have Visual basic installed though you can view the example and run it but you will not be able to create a new text box. </div>  <div> </div>  <div>Greg</div>  <div><BR><BR><B><I>"HOUSTON,TOM" |tom.houston@avagotech.com></I></B> wrote:</div>  <BLOCKQUOTE class=replbq style="PADDING-LEFT: 5px; MARGIN-LEFT: 5px; BORDER-LEFT: #1010ff 2px solid">  <META content="Microsoft Word 11 (filtered medium)" name=Generator>  <STYLE>  <!--   /* Style Definitions */   p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal   {margin:0in;   margin-bottom:.0001pt;   font-size:12.0pt;   font-family:"Times New Roman";}  a:link, span.MsoHyperlink   {color:blue;   text-decoration:underline;}  a:visited, span.MsoHyperlinkFollowed   {color:purple;   text-decoration:underline;}  span.EmailStyle17   {mso-style-type:personal-compose;   font-family:Arial;   color:windowtext;}  @page Section1   {size:8.5in 11.0in;   margin:1.0in 1.25in 1.0in 1.25in;}  div.Section1   {page:Section1;}  -->  </STYLE>    <DIV class=Section1>  <div class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">What is the easiest way to make a multi-line text box?  I need to be able to programmatically display several paragraphs of data from a data file and have it automatically line wrap.  A good analogy would be a NotePad control with text input.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></div>  <div class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></FONT></div>  <div class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Thanks <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></div>  <div class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Tom Houston<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></div>  <div class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></FONT></div></DIV><BR>--- <BR>You are currently subscribed to vrf as: sherekhan_kl@yahoo.com <BR>To subscribe please send an email to: "vrf-request@lists.it.agilent.com" with the word subscribe in the message body. <BR>To unsubscribe send a blank email to "leave-vrf@it.lists.it.agilent.com". <BR>To send messages to this mailing list, email "vrf@agilent.com". <BR>If you need help with the mailing list send a message to <BR>"owner-vrf@it.lists.it.agilent.com". <BR>Search the "unofficial vrf archive" at "www.oswegosw.com/vrf_archive/". </BLOCKQUOTE><BR><BR><BR><p>&#32;          <hr size=1>Talk is cheap.
