vrf Image to Bytes ??

Pixel values that are not palletized are always encoded blue, green and red values in that order from left to right. I was going to complain that an Image didn't allow access to image data when I noticed that a Bitmap does (as it should). Since one of the Bitmap constructors takes an Image reference it's a simple matter to convert any Image to a Bitmap.

Yes. Any program should always release resources it no longer needs. Normally the object destructors would take care of this, but VEE won't destroy these particular  objects until it exits.

No it's not, but it would be much, much faster in C#. Faster still in C or C++. Since GDI+ supplies the Read and conversion functions, C++ would seem the natural choice.
