vrf Windows 16bit effect in VEE 6.2

Question asked by VRFuser on Nov 25, 2003
Dear all, especially experts at Agilent,

further to my earlier message the following facts:

Since I installed both VEE 6.2 develoment version (first) and runtime
version, double clicking on a ABCDEFGH*.vee file results in a file actually
loaded with name ABCDEF~1.vee (so far my earlier message).

Double clicking on a *.vee file in an e-mail results in an error from
Microsoft Outlook:
"The system can not find the indicated path". After saving this file on the
harddisk it can be opened.

Both errors did not occure with VEE 6.01.

I am running VEE6.2 on Windows 2000.
