you can just download the driver from the ADN site. I will give you the link
here:
ADN->Downloads->Sofware: VEE PRO->VEE Pro Archive.
You have to download the file "VEE PeekPoke DLL For Windows 95 & Windows NT
(Obsolete) Version Obsolete 2000.04.20, April 20, 2000, 98KB, .exe. This
self-extracting archive contains files for using and building an I/O-port
PeekPoke".
It is not easy to find, but the path above should help you getting the DLL
and the driver.
