Do you mean why does the bottom gate keep passing data even when it does not get explicitly activated? I think it is getting fooled by the persistent data at the output of the junction. The attached seems to fix it.

Do you mean why does the bottom gate keep passing data even when it does
not get explicitly activated? I think it is getting fooled by the
persistent data at the output of the junction. The attached seems to fix
it.
