vrf Vee 7 --Information exchange

Question asked by VRFuser on Feb 23, 2004
Hi Detlef and the vrf,

Sorry for the delay. There are lots of things going on for the VEE 7.0 release and I had to make sure my response here doesn't mess up somebody's plans.

What I found out is that until VEE is publicly released, beta users should not discuss details on vrf.

But we'll be making our formal announcement pretty soon, though I'm not allowed to say exactly when. As usual, vrf-ers can expect to be the first to hear the announcement, so watch this space.

After you see the announcement, beta users will be free to talk about VEE 7.0 on vrf with no restraints.

I'm pretty anxious to start talking more about 7.0 on the vrf myself, however we really do need to be patient.

But you're welcome to say nice stuff like "quantum leap" any time you wish I agree with you.

Best Regards,

Scott Bayes
