vrf manipulating strings

sure- in a "to string" just select the formatting that you desire.
Sounds like you want something like  WRITE TEXT a real64 STD:6 EOL
or he like. These transactions have all the normal formatting capability.

Since you'll be sending the data as a string, you'll have complete
control of the formatting
