vrf Notice again

Thanks Mike.
That's an interesting link, and maybe there is light at the end of the
tunnel.
However, I think there is a long way to go and I am not sure whether the
Microsoft reward scheme helps or hinders.
It might be seen as a target by the unscrupulous.
Anyway, a conviction with 5 years inside is a good start if they can make it
stick as long as 5 years means 5 years..
We live in hope!
