vrf Sending emails with attached files thru VEE

Outlook is a bit dumb.  If you enclose the path and filename in angle brackets
then Outlook should be able to figure it out.
example:
<\serverdirectory onedirectory twofilename with a space or two.xls>
or
<c:     emp     est datafilename also with spaces.xls>

And Outlook shouldn't insert carriage returns at 80 characters.
