The difficulties (if any) would all be linker related. If the Windows loader
can load it, then you can call it as long as the functions are declared
stdcall or cdecl. I don't know if VEE does fastcall, but thiscall would be
more or less useless.
Vendors aren't much of an issue. For C/C++ anyway.

Has anyone had any success with VEE and a GCC dll?
I think the only format supported is MS?
