Today I reactive this VRF Info as regular mail !
Why don't you make it as a regular news group.
This would make it simpler to use the info:
1. The user would avoid to have a filed up mailbox.
2. The User could browse thru answers from earlier, meaning that you shouldn't answer the same question more than ones.
3. This would give the User a history of a certain case.
I should be quite easy to set up this kind of service. ?
