vrf Can VEE communicate with an instrument that's on a peripheral card?

Question asked by VRFuser on Aug 11, 2004
Hello from Gregg C Levine
This computer has an available slot, an ISA one if that matters. I have a
prototype card that can be plugged into that sort of slot, and circuits can
be built on it. Would anyone have any advice for how to have VEE communicate
with such a gizmo?

Note: I am somewhat aware of how to construct VB programs, mostly Active-X
controls, and DLLs, but VC++ still manages to confuse me.
