vrf Can VEE communicate with an instrument that's on a peripheral card?

Oh my! Good old ISA. Probably the easiest thing to do would be to build a
parallel port on it and use the peek poke thingy to talk to it. If you want
to build on the standard Centronics busy and ack clocking stuff, you could
put it at a standard LPT parallel port address and use CreateFile / ReadFile
/ WriteFile to talk to it.

All you really need to do is decode an address, latch valid data and use
peek/poke though.
