vrf Windows shutdown & .NET

Try:

 

IProcessInitializer.Shutdown Method from the .net framework.  Note that the
user or instance must be fully trusted.

You know, I was looking for a way to do this with .NET, and there doesn't
seem to be one. As far as I can tell, one has to connect to WMI to shutdown
& reboot. Does anybody know if this is true or not?
