Euro number formats?  Been there ... done that ... from my VEE tutor:

[19.5] EURO NUMBER FORMATS WITH VEE 

* In Europe, it is common to format numeric data in style that is reversed
from that used in the US -- with commas between the integer and fractional
part.  Unfortunately there's no way to set this as a default in VEE.  I
devised a function to do the job -- I put this in a formula box:

   intPart(A) + "," + strFromLen(fracPart(A),2,strLen(fracPart(A)))

You could specify a numeric precision by replacing the last expression with a
fixed number or variable.

This can be converted to a UserFunction -- say, "c()" -- and used in
transaction objects ... and put in a user library.
