I remcomend getting Borland C++ 4.5x. This compiler supports Win95 and 32bit
programs to a large extent while offering some of the best support for
Win3.1 I've seen. Stay away from the new version of Borland which is BC 5.0.
One of our groups attempted to use this product and did not have anything
good to say about it.
