vrf VRF Archive

The VRF Archive is almost fully functional again.

The search page may have some quirks left due to enhancements I had made
after the most recent backup, but I'll be getting to those in a few more
days. I have a list of most of the enhancements in a log & copies of the
code changes made. If anybody notices bizarre behavior after ... say,
Tuesday (12/28/2004) please let me know.

ArBot is next on the list. ArBot is currently unavailable so don't expect
any replies from it. Also, since ArBot is responsible for updating the MySQL
Archive database any VRF postings after 12/24/2004 won't show up in search
page results until it's fixed.
