Yes, it works as before, we just don't ship the menu file.  I have it
available and I will send it to you UUENCODED in a separate package.

Plans for the (entirely theoretical of course!) next version of VEE are said
to include a much better scheme of manipulating VEE menus.

We won't guarantee the operation of VEE 3.12 on Win95 ... not a supported
configuration.
