I think the same than Matthew (in fact I currently make this).

On the other hand, for me, it is more important the content of the subject in
order to be able to find quickly a specific item. When you have a lot of
messages (wait only a few months) and you want to find some item that was
discussed time ago, it is not very easy to find it. But I know that it is
difficult to fix this idea in a practical way.

However, I think it could have a standard header into de messages (or some of
them). In some cases it is difficult to know which is the Operating System (and
its version) related to the subject, or the machine configuration (WS, PC,
memory, Processor type), even the VEE version (3.x, 4.x, 5.x). But this data
could be very important for the problem. Therefore, I suggest to generate and
send in the reflector a template of this header that could be filled wholly or
partly or even not filled, when a technical problem is discussed.

I think HP would like this. It could have a statistical about which are the OS
or machine or VEE version more used, for example.
