Hello,
I just wrote a routine to download a spectrum analyzer trace ( "TRA? ).
Turns out it takes 36 seconds for the operation to complete, and all the
while VEE is "hung" waiting for the transaction to complete. I've written
routines to use the SRQ while waiting for measurement operations like N
Video Averages, however I don't see how to apply that in this situation.
Anybody know how to make VEE time-slice more effectively in this situation?
I know that transfers in Binary format can reduce transfer times by more
than half (say 67%), but that still means 10 seconds of "hang time".
Regards,
Curtis
