Hello from Gregg Levine at Jedi Knight Computers
Yes, I have indeed experienced that error code, before. It appears to be
the standard ouput code for most applications for that object. If it
doesn't cause what you are running to stop, or cause negative feedback, or
worse, then ignore it, since the publishers of that dll did not provide
status code lists. It doesn't like it much, because the I/O arrangement to
it, is non-standard. It would for example prefer us to use the usual
compendium of I/O interfaces, such as the GPIO card, or the E1458 vxi bus
unit, those it understands perfectly. I hope this is clearer to you, know.

Hi Seckin,
I agree, you can not map a VXI address space using HPIB.
I suggest exploring these E1406A Command Module commands:
DIAG:PEEK?
DIAG:POKE
VXI:READ?
VXI:WRITE
VXI:REGISTER:READ?
VXI:REGISTER:WRITE
You would send these commands to the E1406A, typically at HPIB address
70900.
Hope this helps!
