We in PCTM Support just came into a useful document that Partner Ted suggests
I share with the VRf.
I realize this list is much more useful for North American customers than
elsewhere, but I think it is useful to provide information even if it is
incomplete. My apologies for the document's limitations.

Your Guide To Key HP Support Numbers
* HP recently published a wallet-sized directory of HP support numbers (PN
5965-4800 EUC). This document provides an electronic equivalent of these
numbers.
To read this document, note that:
% Times are in military 24-hour format (where, say 0900 is 9:00 AM and 1300
is 1 PM) with ":" denoting a range.
% "All times" means "24 hours a day, 7 days a week".
% "PST" means "Pacific Standard Time" (West Coast US).
% "M:F" means "Monday through Friday", "SAT" means "Saturday".
