You are doing an Import Library?  All the functions are loaded into a common
pool and become part of the program if that is the case, and it is not
possible to have two functions with the same name.

According to Stan Bischof (I haven't tested this feature my own self) if you
are doing Load-Library/Unload-Library then the functions remain distinct,
set apart by the library handle in the program.
