I think it is on

Please, have a look under "VEE Run-Only".
There You can download the vr401.exe as one archive ("consolidated archive
of all files above"), or splitted in 4 pieces (vr40101.exe - vr40104.exe)
and the "hard disk setup batch file" (vr401su.bat).
