If you check under Help -> Examples -> ActiveX Controls, you'll find an
MSChart control demo that shows off multidimensional graphs.  You can get
the control with Visual BASIC and I suspect some other MS packages.

This isn't a waterfall plot as such.  I've seen some HP folks tinkering
with DLLs for on, I suspect they'll move on to ActiveX controls as soon
as they get up to speed on the technology.
