This would be defined in the ".h" file for VEE.  I'll send you my notes on
DLL operation ... they're a little out of date, but they'll have to do until
I get time to update them.

I'm not sure I understand the question, but if you simply want to enter hex
numbers in VEE, that can be done by prefixing them with "0x" as follows:

   0xff

This evaluates, of course, to 255.
