I have recently written a PC joystick DLL for an application in my lab.
Since it may benefit others using VEE I have decided to make it available.
There is a 16 bit and a 32 bit version for use with Windows 3.x and Windows 95.
The 32 bit version will not work with Windows NT.  Both DLLs use direct
hardware access through the joystick's I/O port of 201h.  The DLLs currently
support a single 2 button joystick.  They are not as optimized as they should
be.  If anyone is interested in them then go to the following FTP site:

ftp://gore.afep.cornell.edu/pub/joystik.dll/

Read the readme.txt and license.txt files.  To download them with Netscape you
may need to press and hold the SHIFT key then click on the file.

I would like some feadback.  I am an amateur programmer so don't be too rough on
me.  I can release the source code on request.  Keep in mind though the
following:
     - you can't make a profit off of any of this
     - My primary job function is not in programming ( I currently have a
major project that I working on besides the
       therefore:
          - I might take a bit to upload the source code
          - I don't have that much time to answer too many questions.

Pursuing to the 2nd clause above realize that I may not go any further with a
joystick dll or device driver.  The dlls work for me currently.
Have fun.
