Platform: VEE 4.0, HP Vectra Pentium, WinNT 4.0

Relax this is a kind bug if any.
In Vee 4.0 do DISPLAY-INDICATOR-METER and settings of the input of RANGE 1.
It seeems to me the MIN / MAX ought to be switched.
