Greg,
Create a shortcut for the runtime executable (i.e. C:Program
FilesHewlett-PackardVEE 4.0 RunTimeveerun.exe). From the shortcut's
Properties dialog box, click on the Shortcut tab and modify the Target
to something like this (and use the quotes):

"C:Program FilesHewlett-PackardVEE 4.0 RunTimeveerun.exe"
-geometry250x250+0+0 "C:My DocumentsVEE ProgramsYour Program Name"

Run your program from the shortcut.
