Sir:
If you look on the CD-ROM, you will find a subdirectory named "runtime".
In this subdirectory, there are other subdirectories named "disk1"
through "disk4".
These subdirectories can be copied to floppy disks and distributed with
your application.
There is a "setup" program in "disk1" that allows the users to install
the bits.
Simple if you know how ...
