Hi Adam,
you've installed National Instruments' driver software,
haven't you? If the board is PnP you should have been asked
by Windows to install it...

I have an AT-GPIB/TNT card (which is about two years old and not PnP)
and I had to install it's driver software in two steps:

1) I installed the software which I got from NI's WWW server. It's called
"NI-488.2M Software for Windows 95", the current version is 1.2 (it
includes several GPIB DLL files).

2) In system control I selected "add hardware" and added the driver for
the
AT-GPIB/TNT.

After that I was able to use it with HP VEE.
Hope this helps.
Bye,
