Hello all,
I am trying to display multiple data files (not knowing how many it will
exactly be) in the same display without wanting to add terminals.
I thought it would be possible to view numerous files by not choosing
the options "clear at pre run" & "clear at activate" in the display
dialog. But everytime I hit run or Start the old trace disappears before
the new one appears.
What am I doing wrong??
Thanks a bunch,

It sounds like you are displaying plots (i.e. "the old trace
disappears...").
Add a control input pin for Next Curve (Add terminal/Control Input/Next
Curve). (from the VEE help screen: Next Curve - Resets the pen to
display the next curve in a family of curves (data from the next time
the display operates) without clearing the previous curve. Next Curve
must be selected (or activated) before each new curve in the family.
This parameter may be added as a control input. )
Hope this helps,
John
