vrf NI GPIB-232CT-A interface with VEE 5.0

Question asked by VRFuser on Jul 18, 2000
We have successfully installed HP-VEE 5.0 on a WIN 2000 IBM THINKPAD.
The SICL library is also installed so the serial port works fine as
well.

We were able to find a National Inst. GPIB-232CT-A interface.  This
seems like a reasonable way to interface to slow GPIB devices to make
slow measurements, but the interface seems to be a bit dated.  NI's web
site had a DDK board level development kit for the interface but nothing
that simply installs and can be called from VEE or LabView that runs
under WIN2000.

Does anyone have any experience with this interface and VEE and NT or
WIN2000?  Please advise...
