Hi--
I haven't been able to get the included varactor model to work for a few releases now, but I was going to create my own anyway...
Trouble is, mine doesn't work either! ???
The *circuit* works as a standalone design, I just can't figure out how to get the model parameters entered when I drop the model into a schematic.
This is the first model I've tried where I want to use equations and tune variables, which may be what has me stuck.
Can anybody please help? (You can go ahead and use the varactor model...) [<P>[file]VM(02).wsx[/file]

It's not clear what you're trying to do here. I would start by deleting the DIODE model that you've embedded in the workspace - since it's just a VerilogA model card.
Next, I would point the Diode part at the model you're tring to evaluate by double-clicking the part and selecting Change Model then using the in-workspace model you're testing.
