How can i import file (e.g. s2p file) from PNA Hard Drive to another pc over GPIB interface using IC-CAP?

There is not really any direct method in IC-CAP to copy PNA s2p files over GPIB to some other PC.
Functions in IC-CAP which you may be able to use are:
1. if you know gpib commands to access the s2p file, you can use the HPIB_write (or HPIB_fwrite)and HPIB_read to send gpib commands. (e.g. you can also use those commands to write 'user defined drivers'.
2. if you can use commands to access and copy the file via a command window, you can send such command via PEL language in IC-CAP macros or transform using the system$("<command>") format.
For example, the line:
would print environment variables to the IC-CAP Status window.
So, if the PNA s2p file has a path, you may be able to do:
x=system$("copy path-to-s2p-file new-location")
