vrf "Run Time" (***.vxe) -VS- Executable (***.exe) comparison

You can distribute a runtime (.vxe) 'compilation' royalty-free.
Instructions are in the help file, the needed additional runtime SW is on
the CD.  It is still interpreted just like the development version.  This
allows you to develop code on 1 machine and then propagate it to others
without license infringements.
