ICCAP can do a noise simulation. But the output result is noise voltage (noise current). I would like to know if there is way to get noise figure(NFmin), noise equivalent resistance(Rn) and optimal source impedance (Gopt) as outputs.
Here is the latest response from IC-CAP development team:
This actually is a known recent request… Some IC-CAP model developers have asked for Noise Figure simulations capabilities in IC-CAP for model verification; Import meas. Noise Figure data (.mdm file), and then simulate with the extracted param. Deck.  Since Noise Figure was not part of the (conventional) device modeling (what is DC->CV->Spar), a fit of the meas. vs. simul. Noise Figure is a measure of physical model parameter values.
IC-CAP development team plans to enhance the ADS-IC-CAP interface to meet this requirement in an upcoming IC-CAP release… IC-CAP product development team cannot make firm date commitment at this time, but currently IC-CAP product team is targeting next major release of IC-CAP 2008 (possibly released in late 2007):
REQ406:  “ADS simulation provides NFmin, Rneq, Re(Sopt) and Im(Sopt).  IC-CAP users would like to be able to extract noise parameters from these simulations. “ (PD180)
