vrf Program Identification?

Question asked by aufenanger on Nov 10, 1999
With the GetCommandLineA of the kernel32 DLL you can get the command line
options of you VEE program.

I would not recomment to expand the entries in instrument manager. Is slows
down your application extremely. In the past we had a project that runs on
my computer about 10 times slower than on the other computers in our
company. I solved the problem in deleting all unused entries in the
instrument manager.

Subject:     vrf Program Identification?

Is there anyway for a program to identify what vee.io library it is using?

I am starting up four instances of the same program with four different IO
libraries, via the command line option. I would like each program to
identify
itself based on the vee.io library that it is using.

If someone else can suggest another way without making the program unique
such as via the geometry offset or what ever, I am all ears.
