I am trying to add new frquency, how can we edit state files in VNA
you can't edit VNA state files directly, but you can recall the state file into your ENA, make the changes to frequency that you want and save it again.
Thanks, how can I change frequency, once in recall mode? I am seeing several options and dont want to change anything, so I copied a file and renamed it in explorer. Next tried opening it with Recall button. I see several options but nothing specific saying frequency or similar.
Thanks for your help.
There are different "frequency" settings that are associated with a VNA state. in a single standard s-parameter measurement channel, you would have at least a start frequency value and a stop frequency value (the same values can also be expressed as a center frequency and a frequency span). if you have multiple channels in your state, then there will be multiple sets of frequencies that would be present. You will have to be more specific about what measurements you have in your state and what frequency you actually want to change.
When you recall the state, then you can access the frequency settings under the "Stimulus" keys on the front panel.
