SA linear sweep step complete?

I have a Spectrum Analyzer measurement setup on an N5245A, firmware version A.10.47.06, with a linear sweep on port 1 with "source number of steps" set to say 3. To know when the sweep is complete, the SCPI-command ":STAT:OPER:DEV?" works for sweep 3, but not for sweep 1 and 2. How can I get/read/know when sweep 1 and 2 are done? I have had no luck with "*OPC?" either.

The trigger is set to manual, channel, single, since I will need to read the data for each sweep (1, 2, 3 above). My approach is:
0. Measurement is already setup (by recalling a csa-file)
1. trigger sweep
2. wait for sweep to complete
3. read sweep data.
4. goto 1, until measurement is complete, or trigger goes to hold, or 3 sweeps are done (not sure what the best approach is here).

I have seen in the forums that INIT:IMM is not preferred. But without that (and instead using internal trigger), how could I read the sweep-data from each sweep?

All my commands for standard measurements work just fine, but I cannot find any information about this in the manual.
