I have bought the E5061B-3L5 without 005 option for impedance analysis.
Can I still use S11 to measure the impedance of a circuit?
I am a newcomer, can anybody give me some hints?
What's an order of magnitude value for the impedance you want to measure? Are you trying to measure something on a 50 Ohm connector, or are you trying to measure something like a capacitor with a fixture?
S11 is directly related to impedance, so you can convert S11 to impedance. You can even see it directly if you look on the Smith Chart view in a VNA. Or you can convert S11 to impedance - equations and a spreadsheet here

However, it looks like that option 005
allows you to use other hardware, such as supported test fixtures, with that ENA. Without that hardware, I suspect that the option would be pretty useless to you. But I don't work for Keysight, and I don't have time to look in detail at what the option does.
