I am getting an Unleveled, LO Drive error when I select NF or NFx Measurement class. This system was working with FW 9.50.13 prior to downgrading the system for Unclassified testing. After installing the Image Drive, all the Microsoft updates were installed before updating the firmware. I am using FW 9.80.10 with U3042AM20-129 attached (with a jumper cable on the Noise Path). I have attached a screen shot of the error message and a .csa file. For the state file, I pressed Preset then Selected Noise Figure Measurement Class and saved the state (no calibration performed or settings changed).
After saving the state file, I narrowed down the frequency range the error occurs to 13.24749 - 13.5100 GHz and it only occurs for the NF or NFx apps.

I gather from your posting that you have an M20 test set attached to your PNA, and the source out/coupler thru connections on the PNA are routed through the test set. Is this correct?
Also, is your NF license option 028 or 029? The Help->About Network Analyzer dialog will show which license you have.
Have you tried rolling back to A.09.50.13? If the warning disappears when you revert to the earlier FW revision, then at least we know the issue is with firmware and not hardware.
