Using a simulation method introduced in an article(http://eesof.tm.agilent.com/pdf/tality.pdf), I tried to simulate an integrated inductor.

But, quality factor(Q) seems to have much higher value while inductance has lower value than expected from the following formulae.:o

Y11=1/50*((1+S22)*(1-S11)+S12*S21)/((1+S22)*(1+S11)-S12*S21)

Inductance=imag(1/Y11)/(2*pi*freq)

Q=imag(1/Y11)/real(1/Y11)

On the basis of a method for inductance and Q calculation in the article of (http://eesof.tm.agilent.com/pdf/tality_ppt.pdf), would you teach me how to express the equations to induce them on data window?
